Ingredients
- 4 whole-wheat flour tortillas
- 16 slices deli shaved turkey breast
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- alfalfa sprouts (optional)
- your choice vinaigrette dressing or ranch dressing
Preparation
Step 1
For each roll-up, layer one tortilla with 4 slices turkey breast, 1 slice cheese, cucumber and avocado slices, and a handful of sprouts, if using. Drizzle dressing and roll up. Slice in half.
