California Roll-Up

Ingredients

  • 4 whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • 16 slices deli shaved turkey breast
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • alfalfa sprouts (optional)
  • your choice vinaigrette dressing or ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

For each roll-up, layer one tortilla with 4 slices turkey breast, 1 slice cheese, cucumber and avocado slices, and a handful of sprouts, if using. Drizzle dressing and roll up. Slice in half.
