Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup salted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup lightly packed dark or light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease three cookie sheets or line them with Silpat.
In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Set it aside.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the butter, sugar and peanut butter till creamy. Add the vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again. Add the flour mixture and mix. Stir in the chips.
Using two tablespoons or a small ice cream scoop, drop the dough onto the cookie sheets. Space the dough so there are twelve cookies per tray.
Bake them for 12 to 15 minutes.
