Ingredients
- 3 cups (18 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- Assorted coatings, such as finely chopped toasted nuts, flaked coconut, sprinkles...
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
2. Pour into medium-sized bowl. Chill 2-3 hrs or until firm.
3. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in assorted coatings and/or decorate with frosting and tiny candies. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
