Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef for stew
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 32 oz beef broth
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 8 oz extra wide egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package Beef Stroganoff Mix

Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet with cover, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion and garlic. Sauté until beef is browned on all sides.
Add in beef broth and Stroganoff Mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1.5-2 hours or until beef if very tender.
Boil egg noodles
Stir in mushrooms; cook uncovered until mushrooms are tender
Remove from heat and stir in noodles and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste
