Glazed Orange Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs at room temp
- 1-1/2 t vanilla
- 1/4 c orange juice, divided
- 2 T orange zest
- 1/2 c milk at room temp
- 1 c powdered sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour an 8x4 loaf pan.
Whisk the flour, baking powder and salt together in med bowl and set aside. Using mixer at med speed, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla then beat in 2 T orange juice and the orange zest. Slowly add the flour mixture to wet ingredients, alternating with the milk until combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 40-45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 mins then remove and let cool completely.
For glaze, whisk remains 2T orange juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over cake and sprinkle with orange zest.
