Crunchy Onion Bacon Potatoes

Creamy potatoes with crispy onions, cheese and bacon are a delicious addition to your party menu. Make this dish the day before and simply pop in the oven for no-fuss entertaining.

Ingredients
- 6 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Layer half of the potatoes in an 8-inch square baking dish, sprinkle with half the bacon, 1 cup cheese and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions. Top with remaining potatoes.
BAKE 20 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining bacon, cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
