  • parsley
  • basil
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • grain mustard
  • dijon mustard
  • salt
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and coat the filet.
Sear the filet on 4 sides on a grill pan for 2 min each
Finish in a 350 degree oven for 6 more minutes for medium rare
