Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Combine butter, milk, and sugar in sauce pan. Boil 30 seconds only! Remove from heat and stir in chips. Beat by hand until creamy, and spread quickly over brownies or cake.
