Cheesy Ranch BLT Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 box 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1.2 cup diced tomato,seeded
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 3 tbsp ranch dressing powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 2 qt casserole. Dice bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and cook until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Drain. In bowl compine rest of ingredients except for 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Combine. Scrape to prepared dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of Mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with baquette slices or crackers.
