Easy Pumpkin Dessert

This easy pumpkin dessert couldn't get any easier. You can just mix everything in the pan and bake!

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Dump pumpkin puree, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice into prepared pan. Stir ingredients together until will blended; scraping sides as you go. Spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix, Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs then toffee bits. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until it is lightly browned and when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
