Ingredients
- For flame:
- 7 oz. dark Jamaican rum
- 8 oz. Lopez coconut cream
- 2 oz. lime juice
- Spent lime shell, pulp removed
- 3/4 " cube white bread, toasted
- Overproof rum (151)
Preparation
Step 1
Put ingredients in blender; fill with ice. Blend until slushy. Pour into ceramic coconut shell mugs.
For flame: Place toasted bread cube in spent lime shell; carefully pour 151 rum to saturate cube. Float the spent lime shell on drink. Ignite from a safe distance with a long-stem match.
