Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 c butter flavored Crisco
• 1-1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 c milk
• 1-1/2 t vanilla
• 3 c oats, uncooked
• 1 c flour
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/4 t cinnamon
• 1 c raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Grease baking sheets. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Combine next 5 ingredients and mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Fold in raisins. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2" apart on baking sheets. Bake one at time in oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 2 mins
