Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- Pancetta
- Onions
- Fresh cranberries
- Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté pancetta in large skillet over medium high heat until crisp and golden. Remove and place on plate with paper towels.
In same pan, melt butter over medium heat and add onions, fresh cranberries and sprouts.
Allow to cook until sprouts are tender and cartelized and berries begin to burst, stirring occasionally, approx. 15 min.
Season with S&P and toss with pancetta. Remove from heat and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
