Spaghetti with shrimp, feta

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • shrimp
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 Tblsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup feta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti. In a skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil over medium-high heat until opaque, 3-4 min; stir in 1 tsp grated lemon zest and 2 Tblsp lemon juice. Toss with the pasta, 3/4 cup crumbled feta and 1/4 cup olive oil; season with salt & pepper.
