Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz. dark Jamaican rum
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Hart 151
  • 1 1/2 oz. Lemon Hart 40
  • 1 1/2 oz. gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 2 1/2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 1/4 oz. honey mix
  • 3-4 fresh pineapple chunks (about 1" cubes)
  • 1 1/2 oz. club soda

Preparation

Step 1

Blend honey mix, lime, pineapple juice and chunks until liquefied. Pour unstrained into a hollowed out pineapple filled with crushed ice. Add rums and soda. Stir vigorously until well-chilled. Serve with long straw.

Alt: Use a 36 oz. giant snifter instead of a hollowed-out pineapple.
