EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 T oil
• 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
• 4 chicken breast
• M1 1/2 cup marinara sauce
• Mozzarella cheese- shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Line baking sheet with non- stick foil. Whisk egg well in small bowl. On wax paper sheet mix bread crumbs, Romano cheese and oil. Dip chicken in egg then press into crumb mixture to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake until browned and cooked thru. Heat sauce. Top each piece of chicken with 2 tbls sauce and mozzarella. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts. Serve with more sauce.
