Beachcomber's Punch

Ingredients

  • Garnish:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Demerara rum
  • 1/2 oz. apricot brandy
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. white grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 6 drops (1/8 teaspoon) Pernod
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • Mint sprig

Preparation

Step 1

Blend ingredients in blender for no more than 5 seconds. Pour unstrained into a champagne flute adding more crushed ice to fill. Garnish with mint.
