Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 1 1/2 oz. Demerara rum
- 1/2 oz. apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. white grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 6 drops (1/8 teaspoon) Pernod
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- Mint sprig
Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients in blender for no more than 5 seconds. Pour unstrained into a champagne flute adding more crushed ice to fill. Garnish with mint.
