Preparation
Step 1
Place a generous amount of shaved ice into the center of a chilled coupe (champagne saucer) glass. With the back of a spoon, slowly press the ice up the sides of the glass, forming a "bowl". Gently keep pressing the ice on one side of the ice "bowl" until the other side projects over the glass, forming a "hood". Freeze glass overnight.
