Mom's Christmas Glazed Carrots

  • 2-1/2 lbs carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • thyme sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup chicken stock or water



Step 1

Put carrots in pan with butter, thyme and honey. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrots start to brown. Add stock and bring to boil. Cook till stock evaporates and carrots are tender. Turn down heat and allow to glaze.
