Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless/skinless chicken thighs
- 3 eggs, whisked
- Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk the 3 eggs in a soup bowl, and fill another bowl with the corn flake crumbs.
Dredge the chicken through the eggs, then through the corn flake crumbs until everything is well coated. Repeat until finished.
Place the finished coated chicken into a 9 X 13 and bake for 1 hour.
