Tuna Noodle Casserole (Seth's Favorite)

Ingredients

  • CHEESE SAUCE:
  • 1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • frozen peas (I'm going to add these in, but I don't currently)
  • 2 cups cheese sauce (see recipe below)
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 cup cold milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup Velveeta cheese, chunked

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Make the cheese sauce, by mixing all of the ingredients together over medium heat until fairly smooth.

Put the tuna, the cooked noodles, and the cheese sauce all together in an oven-safe bowl.

Bake for 20, or until the sauce bubbles.
