Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bullseye brown sugar bbq sauce
- 1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 porkchops 1/2 inch thick
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 375 degrees. Mix bbq sauce, pineapple with its liquid, cinnamon, and dry mustard until well blended. Pour 1/2 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan. Place chops in pan. Pour remainder of sauce on top of chops. Bake until 160 degrees.
