Frosted Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 15-oz. can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • Frosting
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs. milk
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all bar ingredients together. Pour into greased and flowered jelly roll pan and brownie pan, or two 9x13" pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutesin a 350° oven. Cool completely, and frost.

Cream all ingredients together, and add powdered sugar to get the desired consistency.
