Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cup splenda
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
Preheat 350 degrees. Grease large baking sheet. Mix peanut butter, 1 cup splenda, egg, and vanilla. Stir well. Roll the dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place on prepared baking sheet. With fork, dipped in spenda to prevent sticking, press a crisscross design on each cookie. Bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining splenda. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
