Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Cup unsalted butter
• 1 Cup sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
• 3 Cups Flour
• 1 Teaspoon salt
• 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Blend in eggs and vanills mix well

Add dry ingredients to mixture mix until well blended

Chill dough for 2 Hours.

Set oven 350 degrees F. Bake 8 to 11 minutes

Roll dough 1/8 inch thick use cookies. Makes about 6 dozen cookies
