Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1 cup golden raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Place nuts in a large bowl and toss with oil
Sprinkle chili, chipotle, and salt over nuts, tossing to incorporate
Spread on a large cookie sheet
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes
Remove from oven and cool, then toss in raisins
Serve
