Ingredients

• 1 1/2 # ground beef
• 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 oz tomato sauce
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• sweet and sour sauce
• 2 oz tomato sauce
• 1 cup water
• 2 TBLS cider vinegar
• 2 TBLS brown sugar
• 2 TBLS prepared mustard

Preparation

Step 1

lightly mix above ingredients. form into a loaf. place in shallow pan in 350 oven. prepare sweet & sour sauce.


combine ingredients. pour over meat loaf in oven, continue baking 1 1/2 hours longer, basting occasionally.
