Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper
- 2 cups shredded roasted turkey
- 1/2 cup halved grapes
- 2 sliced celery stalks
- 1 sliced scallion
- 2 pita halves

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper. Mix in turkey, grapes, celery and scallion. Refrigerate the salad for up to 1 day.
