Ingredients
- 4 – 6 potatoes
- A splash of buttermilk
- Chives
- Parsley
- Dill
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Red and green peppers (finely chopped)
- Chop mushrooms finely
- Meat
Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel the potatoes and cook until their fork tender – chop the herbs really fine. Once the potatoes are done drain them smash them and combine the buttermilk and herbs together.
2. Chop onions, chop red and green peppers. Chop mushrooms add your meat.
3. Use veggie oil and get it really really hot – add your meat to the oil. Add the chopped veggies to your pan – add to this 2 tablespoons for rice wine vinegar.
4. Now add 1 tablespoon of honey and some salt and pepper to taste.
