Ingredients

  • 6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (15.25 oz.) OREO Cool Mint Creme Cookies, finely crushed (about 4 cups)
  • 2 pkg. (6 squares each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted
  • 6 drops green food coloring
  • 2 Tbsp. chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1


MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.

SHAPE into 40 (1-inch) balls; place in single layer in shallow pan. Freeze 10 min. Mix melted chocolate and food coloring until well blended. Dip balls in chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Top with sprinkles.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.

these were so easy and so yummy. i have done a lot of work with chocolate before. so here is a tip: freeze the balls after shaping them for a little. then melt the white chocolate on a low temp and add just a little bit of oil to it. this will also help make them shiney!

Outstanding and very easy recipe. Next time I will try it with reduced fat cream cheese and 8 oz instead of 6 oz. Other Oreo cookie ball recipes call for 8 oz - I wondered why this one didn;t use 8 oz?? Another tip for dipping - use a plastic fork with the middle tines removed. SUPER easy with little mess.
