Ingredients
- In a large ziploc bag combine:
- 1 egg white, 2 t. water, 2 t. vanilla (beat until frothy)
- 1 cup sugar, 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 t. salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Add 1 lb. Pecans to egg white mixture. Coat completely. Pour pecans into cinnamon sugar mixture and coat well. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper and bake at 250 for at least an hour, stirring every 20 minutes!
