Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in a lightly oiled glass baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
For Freezer Meal: Place uncooked (fresh, not previously frozen chicken) in the marinade and freeze. The chicken will marinade in the freezer, then cook as directed. Store in freezer for 3 months
