Ingredients

  • 1 loaf french bread,to into 1" cubes
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 c fresh blueberries
  • 14 c Blueberry Jam
  • 6 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 1 c milk
  • BLUEBERRY SYRUP
  • 2 T water
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 c blueberry jam
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a deep dish pie pan
Place 1/2 bread cubes n dish
Distribute cream cheese cubes, blueberries and jam over cubes
top with remaining cubes
Mix eggs,syrup and milk,Pour over cubes
Refrigerates several hours or overnight
Bake at 350for 30 minutes covered with foil.remove foil and bake 15-30 until set and golden
Combine syrup ingredients and heat over low heat
Drizzle over each serving
