Ingredients
- 1 pound flat-cut Corned Beef Brisket
- 1 1/2 pounds Petite Red Potatoes
- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 container (16 oz.) Kroger Beef Broth
Preparation
Step 1
Cut brisket into 1” chunks. Cut cabbage head into eighths, removing core.
Place all ingredients in programmable pressure cooker. Sprinkle on spice packet that came with brisket package.
Lock lid and set to steam for 35 minutes.
Use quick release to vent steam; remove lid and serve.
