Pork Chops a la Dijon

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp crushed capers

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 375

trim fat from chops. Spray 13x9 pan with PAM

Place bread crumbs into shallow dish.

In separate dish, combine mustard, lemon juice, and capers. Dip both sides of the chops into the mustard mixture, then in the bread crumbs.

Place coated chops into baking dish and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway thru.
