Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
mint candy wafers

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, add sugars, cream until light and fluffy, add eggs and vanilla, beat well, blend in dry ingredients gradually. Mix thoroughly, cover and chill for at least 2 hrs. Shape dough around wafer, bake on ungreased cookie sheet @375 for 9-12 minutes.
