ITALIAN PIZZELLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 jigger whiskey
  • 6-7 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter slowly, add brown sugar and mix. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, whiskey and flour. Form in small balls. Bake in pizzelle iron.
