- (makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies)
- 1 c. non-dairy milk (vanilla flavored will work, Kiersten's favorite is Blue Diamond's almond & coconut blend)
- 2 small oranges, cut into wedges, peeled and frozen
- 5 about 5 small kale leaves (or a handful of spinach)
- sweetener of choice to taste, if desired
