GEORGIAN PEACAN PIE

  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup dark KARO syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

beat eggs with Wisk. add melted butter, syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, flour, and salt, mix well, evenly spread pecans in bottom of unbaked
pie shell, bake at 375* for 45 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
