Flank Steak (Mom's)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons ginger, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tablespoon black pepper
  • flank steak

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients together, then let the flank steak marinate overnight.

Broil for 5 minutes per side, and enjoy!
