- 3/4 Cup OIL
- 2 Tablespoons SUGAR, ADD TO DRY MUSTARD
- 1 teaspoon DRY MUstard
- 1 teaspoon SALT
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 Small CABBAGES, shredded
- 3 carrots, Grated
- 1/2 Cup green pepper
- 1 sweet peppers, canned
