Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp celery flakes
- 2 TBS yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and dice potatoes into large chunks. In a large saucepan, add potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Place eggs in a small saucepan, place eggs and cover with water. Bring water to a boil, cover. Remove from hear and let stand for 10 - 12 minutes. Peel and chop.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.
