Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups of flour (1 cup of white and 3/4 cups of whole wheat)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of mashed bananas or 4 bananas
- milk (approximately 6 tablespoons of milk or less)
- mashed bananas 3 or 4 depending on how strong you like the banana taste
- 1 package (250 grams) dark chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
1.) combine moist ingredients butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl and stir or beat till mixed
2.) combine all dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda and stir
3.) combine the moist and dry ingredients and stir together
4.) add the mashed bananas to the combined and stir
5.) gradually add and stir enough milk to give it a nearly cake batter consistency (approximately 6 tablespoons of milk)
6.) add chocolate chips and stir
Bake
bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.Testing at 30 minutes to see if cooked by inserting/removing a tooth pick to see if it comes out clean of batter.
