Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 C. flour
- 1 3/4 C. buttermilk
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 C. butter (melted then cooled to room temp)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat all of the wet ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.
2. Whisk together dry ingredients.
3. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until they are incorporated.
4. Scoop out batter onto hot, oiled skillet.
5. Place desired amount of pecans on pancake.
6. Flip pancake when golden brown or bubbles stay open.
