Ingredients
- Boneless chicken
- 4 ears fresh sweet corn
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 small green pepper (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups instant mashed potato flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed red pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken, corn and broth. Cover; bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 12 minutes.
Remove chicken and corn to cutting board. (if use already cooked chicken and corn this step is not necessary)
Add 1/2 pepper to broth. Stir in milk and potato flakes. Add chicken and corn.
