Ingredients
- 4 cups firm water-packed tofu (2 pkg of 454g/16oz each)
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup Mayo (or other, I like Vegenaise)

Mash tofu coarsely and stir in remaining ingredients.
