Ingredients

  • Mix:
  • 8 Potatoes, boiled & diced or grated
  • 1-2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 C. Grated Cheese
  • 1/4 C. Melted Butter
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1/3 C. green Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Put in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with buttered cornflakes or chips.

BAKE 375 for 45 minutes.
