  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 4 eggs, beaten & strained
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust

Step 1

Heat oven to 350º. In saucepan, boil together sugar & corn syrup for 2-3 minutes; set aside to cool slightly. In large bowl, add the beaten & strained eggs. Slowly add the syrup mixture into the eggs, stirring constantly. Stir in butter, vanilla & pecans. Pour into crust. Bake for 45-60 minutes or til set.
