Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
- 2 T. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 T. baking soda

Step 1
Cook sugar, syrup & water til candy thermometer reaches 260º. Add peanuts; continue cooking til it reaches 300º. Remove from heat; stir in butter, salt then the baking soda. Pour out onto buttered cookie sheet.
