Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 1/2 oz. cane syrup
- 3/4 oz. orgeat
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 6 oz club soda
- 2-4 dashes orange or mint bitters
- Mint for muddling
- Spent lime shell
- Large mint sprig
Preparation
Step 1
In double old-fashioned glass, muddle 3-4 large fresh mint leaves with cane syrup, orgeat and lime; remove leaves. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice, drop spent lime shell in, top with soda and bitters; stir. Garnish with mint sprig. Serve with straw.
